Templates

Start from a template.

16 official templates (14 to install, 2 connections): whole teams, single minions, routines, skills and connections. Pick one, look at what it needs, and install it as drafts.

The rule

Installing creates drafts only.

  • A new minion arrives paused, with every outside tool on Ask first.
  • Nothing runs until a person approves it.
  • Your edits stay yours when an official template is updated.

Law practices get no outside tools. Minions work from the practice's own documents and its Minion Mind.

Teams

  • Office team

Otto chases overdue invoices every Monday and Rita sorts the mailbox every weekday morning, drafting replies. Every email waits for your yes.

  • Build our website

The team designs and builds your website from what your Minion Mind already knows. Wes leads, Cora writes the copy from approved facts only, Iris makes the pictures and Miles handles search. You check every page on a phone and a computer; only the owner publishes.

  • Marketing team

Miles drafts the monthly newsletter and Cora drafts a blog post every Wednesday. You approve everything before it's sent or published.

Minions

  • Estimate follow-up

Ellie nudges estimates that got no reply after 3 and 7 days, then stops. Never changes a price; every email waits for your yes.

  • Client intake

Lena turns new enquiries into one-page intake summaries for your team, with deadlines on top and the names you need to check. Never gives advice on a matter.

  • Session prep

Sage writes you a short brief before each coaching session: where the client is, what they committed to, one question worth asking.

    Minion
    Sage (email)
    For
    Solo experts and coaches
  • Project lead

Juno keeps an eye on one project or client channel and checks in on a schedule: one short update only when something changed, and an @mention only for the person who must act. Read-only: it never sends, changes or spends anything on its own.

    Juno (project lead)
  • Client reports

Remy drafts each client's monthly report in plain words: what you did, what moved, what's next. Only numbers you gave it; you read every one first.

Routines

  • Monday invoice chase

Every Monday at 9, Otto drafts a friendly reminder for each invoice over 14 days late, naming the invoice number and amount. You approve each one before it goes.

  • Monday deadlines digest

Skills

  • Review requests

A skill for asking every customer for a review a few days after a finished job: the same ask for everyone, never only the happy ones, and never anything offered in return. Give it to the minion that follows up on jobs.

    For
Solo experts, agencies, studios and service businesses
  • Seasonal maintenance reminders

A skill for reminding past customers when their yearly tune-up or service is due, quoting only offers that are in company knowledge.

    For
    Service businesses

Connections

  • Connect QuickBooks

Let your minions read overdue invoices and payments from QuickBooks, so the invoice chase works from your real books. Creating an invoice always asks first.

    Works with
The Monday invoice chase and the Office team
  • Connect Slack

Each minion gets its own Slack app: @mention them, get approvals as buttons and the morning summary in a DM. Optional: everything also works in the app.

    Works with
    Every minion
