Owners and admins run every step. Our support login can fill it in with you on a call. Only an owner picks a phone number. Open a step for the details.
Claim your workspaceYou, the owner
Your business gets its own deployment and database. You claim it as the owner, with a sign-in email or a setup link. A setup link lasts 24 hours, and a new one is made if it lapses.

Name, what you do, your area, hours, main phone, website, tone and what eats your week. It becomes your company profile. Find my business can suggest answers from your own site; nothing is filled in until you type it and save.

Fourteen short, skippable questions: your story, best customers, top services and prices (or “we don't publish prices”), towns, seasons, offers you run and never run, words you use and never use. Type, paste or send a voice note. Each answer is a suggestion an owner or admin says yes to.

Already live in Slack? Each minion becomes its own app in your workspace: your Slack admin pastes two tokens, then presses Allow once per minion. Everything also works in the app on your computer and phone.

Want her on the phones? Pick her name and the script pack for your kind of business, then how callers reach her: forward your number, a new number, or port your number. Calls can work within minutes; texting follows the carriers' review, which takes days to weeks.

- Your business basics: what you do, area, hours, main phone and website.
- Who approves what goes out: an owner, or an owner or admin.
- A Google or Microsoft 365 calendar, if you want bookings.
- A postal address for marketing email. The app won't send marketing email without one.
- Your Slack workspace and its admin, only if you want Slack.
- For Nell: how callers should reach her, and your business details for texting registration: legal name, EIN, address and contact.
Do I have to do it alone?
No. Setup is done with us. Starter: we set up your first three minions with you, starting from one real job, with a practice run where nothing is sent. Team: we connect your tools and get the full team working with you, a block at a time. Agencies and coaches: a full team in every client workspace, run from one sign-in with Minion HQ. What does setup cost?
Setup is one-off, with us: $1,500 for Starter and $3,000 for Team, then your monthly plan, with a monthly cap you set. A Minion Mastery program includes setup, so no separate setup fee applies. See pricing.

What if I don't connect a tool yet?
It runs on a simulator and says so: “Simulated: nothing will be sent”. Readiness lists it with who fixes it.
Do I need Slack?
No. Everything works in the app on your computer and phone. Already live in Slack? Each minion becomes its own app there too.
