Your voice

Sounds like you. Says only what's true.

Your minions talk the way you like: playful, straight-laced, or anything between, and they learn how you write. Drafts are checked before you see them, to sound like you and to claim nothing you can't back up. Anything that reaches a customer is always checked by the team first.

Checked first

Every draft, checked before you see it.

Before a draft reaches you, a check makes sure it sounds like a person, sounds like you, and promises nothing you can't back up.

  • Sounds human. Stock phrases come out, and the cleaned draft is kept only if it still says the same thing.
  • No invented claims. Unbacked “best”s, statistics, guarantees and testimonials can't be approved.
  • Anything that reaches a customer is always checked by the team first. Every job, and the yes is still yours.
  • Quiet unless wrong. A draft whose checks all passed carries a small ✓ Minion-approved stamp; tap it in the app to see exactly what ran. A failed check is a Hold up! card that names the problem in plain words, with Fix it for me or Edit it myself. The stamp is their word; the yes is still yours.
  • Marketing skills for Miles, Cora and Wes. You switch each one on after it passes its test cases.

  • Answers from what you've marked “OK for the public”: hours, services, prices, FAQ and policies. Anything else comes to you as a lead.
  • Booking requests you confirm with one tap.
  • Its own name (“Chat with us”, or one you pick, like “Sunny”) and your brand colours.
  • Part of your plan. No phone add-on needed.

House rules

Your words, your facts.

  • Facts

Only what you can back up

A claim with nothing behind it can't be approved, however good it sounds.

  • Public

    Only what you marked public

The website chat never guesses. If it isn't marked OK for the public, the question comes to you.

  • Learning

    Your yes first

What it learns about your style is shown to you before it's used.

Where it comes from: our marketing skills, our design checks and the “sounds human” writing check are our own code, written in our own words. Ideas we learned from: Marketing Skills, Impeccable, Taste Skill and SlopMonster (we wrote our own versions).
