Which plan is right for me?
Every plan has every feature: every minion, Minion Mode, the Team browser, Minion Minutes and the website chat. Plans differ by team size and the AI work included. Starter seats any three minions you pick, with its everyday AI work included. Team seats all 13 minions, with more Minion Mode allowance, and suits most businesses. Nell answers the phones for every minion and takes no seat. Agency / Coach gives each of your clients the Team features, with Minion HQ to run them from one place. Nell, the front desk, is in every plan too, with call minutes included.
What's included each month?
Your plan's minions, Minion Minutes with its meeting hours, and your team's everyday AI work. Minion Mode (extra checking) has a monthly allowance. If a month is unusually heavy, we'll talk to you first; never a surprise charge. You set a monthly cap that warns you at 80%, and you can turn on a hard stop so paid work pauses at 100%.
How do meeting hours work?
- Meeting hours are the meetings you record or bring in, counted by length.
- One pool for the whole workspace, never per seat: 10 hours a month on Starter, 30 on Team and on every client workspace.
- Need more? Extra meeting hours are $20 per 10 hours.
- Send a Minion is in your plan too: Otto sits in your calls as a notetaker that never speaks, with 40 notetaker hours a month in every plan, then $2 an hour.
How does annual billing work?
Pay for the year and get two months free: Starter is $2,490 a year, Team $4,990, and each client workspace on Agency / Coach $1,990.
Can I get my money back?
Yes. The monthly fee has a 30-day money-back guarantee. The setup fee is refundable in the first 14 days, less any hours already worked.
What is Minion Mastery?
Three done-with-you programs, separate from the $249 Starter plan: Guided Build ($4,500), Strategy + Starter Team ($6,000) or Custom Build ($15,000 over two months). Each includes setup, so no separate setup fee applies, and all three end with you able to direct and improve the team yourself. See the programs.
Is Nell extra?
No. Nell, the front desk, is in every plan, with a phone number and Spanish included. Each month you get 150 call minutes on Starter, 400 on Team, or 100 per client workspace on Agency / Coach, pooled across all your clients. Past that you pay as you go: $0.20 a call minute. Website chats are fair use (300 a month on Starter, 1,000 on Team, 300 per client workspace), then $0.07 a chat. Calls under 15 seconds don't count. Meet Nell.
Do I need to be technical?
No. Setup is done with us: we connect your tools and get the first minions working with you, then show you how to lead the team.
How do you keep our data safe?
Each business gets its own deployment and database, nothing goes to a customer, gets published or spends money without a person's yes, and changes are written to a tamper-evident audit log. See who can open what.
What happens to my data if I leave?
Your knowledge lives in your own private database as plain, readable records. You can export it, and take your methods and setup with you.
